New Apple Store

Apple has opened a new Store on67th Street and Broadway. Not a stellar piece of design for sure. No Public or Handicapped Elevator on the sales floor. I assume you can ask and they will escort you to an elevator. Now as I understand ADA, that is a violation. Separate access is not equal access. Function follows design.
